For clients who prefer it or aren't local, we also offer live video sales conducted via phone or computer — a real-time walkthrough and sale experience without requiring in-person attendance.

If there are items worth selling, a well-run public sale is almost always the option that returns the most money to the estate. From first walkthrough to final accounting, most full estate sales move from booking to close within days to a week — handled entirely by our team, without requiring the family to be present, organize anything in advance, or manage any part of the process themselves.

Buyouts & Cleanouts.

One offer, one cleanout — house emptied, broom-swept, and ready.

Sometimes a full public sale isn't the right fit. The timeline is too tight. The estate is out of state. The home is already in escrow and needs to be cleared fast. The family just needs it done — cleanly, professionally, and without a three-week setup process.

We want to be upfront about how we handle this, because we think the honesty matters. We don't perform buyouts and cleanouts ourselves. An estate sale company that also buys the contents it's evaluating creates a real conflict of interest — the same hand telling you what things are worth is also making you an offer for them. We don't think that's the right dynamic.

What we do instead: we connect you with a small, trusted group of buyout and cleanout professionals we've worked alongside for years — people we've vetted, watched work, and genuinely respect. We make the introduction, stay involved, and oversee their work on your behalf. You get the speed and simplicity of a buyout or cleanout without the conflict of interest, and with someone in your corner making sure it's handled right.

Buyout pricing is based on the scope and scale of the work — the size of the estate, the volume of contents, and the staffing and logistics required.

Live social selling is a real-time broadcast where estate items are presented one by one to a live online audience — think the Home Shopping Network, but for real estate contents, presented by someone who actually knows what the items are and why they matter. Buyers watch live, ask questions, and purchase as items are shown. The energy is real. The competition is real. And the audience isn't limited to whoever could drive to the sale that weekend.

We set up a live broadcast directly from the estate or from a curated selling environment, presenting items to collectors, buyers, and enthusiasts anywhere with an internet connection. A real host, real items, real-time purchasing — an engaging live event that brings the estate to a national audience instead of a local one.

We also run traditional online auctions for estates and individual pieces where competitive bidding over a defined period makes more sense than a live event. Items can also be placed in our online stores and marketplace — giving individual pieces or full collections a permanent, searchable home for buyers who discover them outside of a live event.

For estates that have both household goods and specialty pieces, we can run both formats together — public sale for the everyday items, live social selling or online auction for the pieces that deserve a national stage.
