Hi, I'm Todd Larsen — the owner of Triumphant Estate Sales.

I've been doing this for over 20 years, working estate sales, collectibles, and home liquidation throughout Los Angeles and the surrounding communities. In that time I've learned that estate sales are rarely just about stuff. They're about people, transitions, and moments in life that can feel completely overwhelming if you don't have the right support.

Triumphant was built to offer something different: a fully managed, thoughtful, professional process that removes the stress while helping you get the most from what you have. I've worked with families who are downsizing, relocating, managing probate, or handling the estate of someone they loved. Every situation is different — which is why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every sale we manage is built around the home, the contents, the timeline, and most importantly, the people involved.

We handle everything: planning, appraisals, staging, photography, marketing, staffing, secure payment processing, itemized accounting, and post-sale coordination. Our team includes specialists in antiques and collectibles, fine art, estate jewelry, mid-century design, home staging, and real estate — because no single person knows every category, and the items in your estate deserve the right eyes on them. Our experience extends across the entertainment industry, production companies, and media professionals throughout Los Angeles — estates connected to Hollywood's working community have been part of our history from the beginning.

One thing worth saying directly: Triumphant is independent — not a franchise, not part of a national network. Franchise estate sale companies carry ongoing fees to their parent organization, and those costs come back somewhere — often in separately charged staffing, appraisal, or marketing fees, or a higher base commission. More importantly, franchises follow a preset playbook designed by people who've never seen your estate. Every Triumphant sale is built around the specific home, the specific family, and the specific situation in front of us. That's not something a franchise system allows for.

One thing that sets us apart: no upfront fees. Our interests are aligned with yours. We succeed when your estate sale succeeds. We also place a strong emphasis on clear communication, transparency, and genuine respect for the home and what's in it.

We use real tools — including Be4TheLine™, our estate sale operating system, and Chaos2Line™, our buyer waitlist and sale-day management system, both built in-house, both trademarked — but every decision is guided by real-world experience and hands-on judgment. Technology supports our work. It never replaces the human side of it.

Over two decades he's developed deep knowledge of Los Angeles markets, buyer behavior, and item valuation across dozens of categories.
